Editor:
I watched with great interest the complete testimony of Jody Wilson-Raybould and could not have been more impressed with her honesty and integrity. In my opinion, she has done more to elevate the image of women, especially Aboriginal women, than Trudeau ever did. Her family deserves a lot of credit.
While I am not a Liberal, if she were to become our prime minister, I may change the way I vote. She has demonstrated what an untrustworthy prime minister we currently have, to say nothing about Morneau and the rest who support such a prime minister. The ultimate blow to Canadian democracy will be if the newly appointed attorney general lets SNC-Lavalin off the hook for their dishonest and crooked ways.
I hope that all women, Aboriginals and honest voters dump this prime minister in the election this fall. And I hope our MP, Pamela Goldsmith-Jones, has the fortitude as another female Liberal from B.C. to support Jody Wilson-Raybould. If she does not, then the voters should dump her in the fall election. I believe we all need to support an Aboriginal woman with this honesty and integrity.
