I will keep this letter short because it is a very simple question. If we remain locked in a water crisis, as it seems, why are new building permits being issued? If we can’t sustain the people already here, and seem to have no simple solution to increasing our winter water storage capacity, it is illogical to add more dwellings. Perhaps someone in government can answer this most simple of queries.
