I think the $80,000 the province is spending on new road signs is rather a waste of money. If road improvement is the aim, why don’t they get on a scooter and pretend they’re a senior and ride the sidewalks that so badly need fixing. Going down the highway from Shaw Road to School Road, the sidewalks are ridiculous. You could take the back end out of your scooter in no time if you don’t watch out.
Fixing those sidewalks would be money well spent.
