Telus is working to fix a damaged fibre in their network that is causing intermittent cell phone coverage in Sechelt today, Nov. 4.
So crews are on scene right now working to fix it as soon as possible, said media spokesperson Liz Sauve, noting wireless usage is not affected or landline phone calls.
Every so often cell phone calls are dropping because of this damaged fibre.
Sauve said she didn't have an estimate on how long it would take to fix the problem.
