Do not miss this upcoming exhibition at the Sunshine Coast Arts Centre. This second part of the Young People's Own Show is a display of secondary school students' artwork. It runs from March 16 to April 3. This is the 24th year the Sunshine Coast Arts Council has scheduled this annual exhibition. It has been organized in co-operation with the teachers of School District No. 46. Showcasing this artwork in the community gallery is an important outlet for Sunshine Coast students. It is a great opportunity for teens to engage in a cultural activity and get community recognition for their involvement. This show always proves to be a great display of the amazing talent of our young people and their exuberance of creating art. Make a point of seeing this exhibition. Please note: the first two days of this exhibition, March 16 and 17, are open only to the attendees of the SC Festival of the Performing Arts as the gallery will be a piano venue.
