Do you know an individual volunteer, a group, a business or not-for-profit organization that deserves recognition for volunteer work on the Sunshine Coast? This year, show appreciation and submit a nomination for the Prime Minister's Volunteer Awards. These awards celebrate volunteers, not-for-profit organizations and businesses who devote time and energy to improving the well-being of families and communities.
A total of 17 awards are given at the regional and national levels. Award recipients are recognized at a ceremony and can identify an eligible not-for-profit organization to receive a grant.
The nomination period for this year's awards runs until April 15.
