Hwy. 101 near the Sunshine Coast Golf and Country Club was closed for an estimated four hours Thursday afternoon after a head-on collision.
Details were limited as Coast Reporter went to press, but according to Sunshine Coast RCMP Sgt. Danny Willis, a helicopter landed in the area and transported an injured person to hospital.
Police were on the scene investigating the accident.
