Linda Lorraine Howe is due back in court Dec. 10 to begin a sentencing hearing.
A judge found Howe guilty on nine charges including attempted murder last month in connection with the March 2009 shooting at Christenson Village in Gibsons.
During a sentencing hearing, Crown and Defence counsel typically make suggestions for a judge to consider when deciding on an appropriate sentence. The court is expected to hear results of a psychiatric report and pre-sentence report, which will examine Howe's mental state, attitudes about her crime and likelihood for rehabilitation.
