Brad Copping (left), general sales manager of South Coast Ford, delivered a shipment of face shields to the Sechelt Hospital Foundation, represented by development administrator Tracey Beyrouty, on May 8. The face shield donation was part of a nationwide initiative by Ford Canada. The automaker repurposed its facility in Windsor to manufacture protective equipment in early April and Ford of Canada has been working with provincial and federal governments to distribute face shields as well as shipping shields to Ford dealers across the country to donate to local health agencies.
