Feschuk re-elected Chief

Chief Garry Feschuk was re-elected for a new three-year term following Sechelt Indian Band elections last Saturday night. Feschuk beat out other candidates Randy Joe and Warren Paull.

Chief Garry Feschuk was re-elected for a new three-year term following Sechelt Indian Band elections last Saturday night.

Feschuk beat out other candidates Randy Joe and Warren Paull. Elected to Band council were incumbent Jordan Louie, returning to council for his second straight term, Keith Julius, Jessie August and Joyce Joe.

The final polling numbers were not released by the Sechelt Indian Band.

The term of office is three years from April 1 to March 31, 2014.
