Michael Kerry Hunter Jones of Gibsons and two other men charged in the 2011 killing of gang member Jonathan Bacon will be back in court on Nov. 4.
The three men -Jones, 25, Jujhur Khun-Khun, 25, of Surrey and Jason Thomas McBride, 37, of North Vancouver - made their latest video appearance in a Kelowna courtroom on Monday, Sept. 23.
A change in counsel for one of the accused prompted another delay in the case.
Each is charged with first-degree murder and four counts of attempted murder in the Aug. 14, 2011 shooting outside a Kelowna hotel that killed Bacon and wounded four others.
The three were arrested in late February after an 18-month police investigation. They remain in custody in the Surrey Pretrial Centre. No trial date has been set.
Police allege Jones, who was arrested on the Lower Mainland, was tied to gangs aligned against the Hells Angels. His only previous conviction was in 2006 for driving while prohibited.
