Mark your calendars and prepare your questions as the federal election candidates get set to debate in two all candidates meetings next Monday.
The first meeting is in Gibsons from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Heritage Theatre on Monday, April 18. The meeting is being hosted by the Gibsons Chamber of Commerce and is co-sponsored by Coast Reporter, Sunshine Coast COSCO, the Sechelt Seniors Activity Centre and CKAY FM Radio. Sean Eckford, news director of CKAY FM will moderate. Candidate questions will be solicited from attendees on arrival, so prepare your questions in advance. Time allowing there will be questions from the floor.
Then later that night, the Sechelt all candidates meeting will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Raven's Cry Theatre. The meeting is being hosted by the Sechelt Chamber of Commerce and is co-sponsored by Coast Reporter. Ian Jacques, editor of Coast Reporter will moderate. Candidate questions will be solicited from attendees on arrival.
