The Writers Union of Canada (TWUC) and the Federation of BC Writers (FBCW) teamed up to offer a weekend spring writers’ retreat March 11 to 13. Workshops and speakers were hosted at Linwood House and Gibsons Public Library, with a Friday meet and greet at the Gumboot Restaurant and a Saturday evening Literary Cabaret at Sunshine Coast Arts Centre.
