Gibsons Public Art Gallery (GPAG) hosted an opening reception Jan. 19 for a new mixed media exhibit. On display in the Main Gallery until Feb. 10 is States of Art: Play and Process, with works by Marlene Lowden, Jan Jensen, Tzaddi Gordon and Kez Sherwood, and in the Eve Smart Gallery is Secrets of the Wilderness, textile and pastel works by Kaija Rautiainen. The artists will present a series of workshops and demonstrations in the coming weeks (see www.gpag.ca for details).
