The 18-month pandemic hiatus has ended for live bands at the Gibsons Legion (Branch 109), at least for the time being, and who better to start things up again on Saturday, Sept. 25, than the popular local band, Playback. No dancing was allowed, as per health regulations. But the audience wasn’t sitting for that, so they eventually opened the doors and danced in the parking lot.
