Dressed as their alter egos, local rockers Playback took the stage at the Gibsons Legion #109 providing classic rock and dance music for a packed house of appreciative dancers and listeners. The Gibsons Legion has become a favourite haunt for the popular band where they will return New Year’s Eve to ring in 2019. “In a screen-filled world, the Gibsons Legion is a welcoming venue where actual people interact with other actual people. Folks often don’t realize how much they miss that sort of group connection until they come and experience it at a show,” says drummer Paul Dwyer.
