The evening will start with a sit-down dinner, followed by a dance with music by DJ Rob. Tickets are $39 per person.

The dinner will be catered by Upper Crust Catering of Halfmoon Bay. Owners Peter Maseja and his wife Diaya bring their catering experience to the Coast after working in food and hospitality businesses in Europe, Montreal and Calgary for 35 years.

Peter has worked for some of the finest restaurants in Canada and Europe. He has catered for many different clients such as the Calgary Flames, Calgary's Cedar Glenn Builders, the Calgary Herald, Financial Securities, pharmaceuticals and many private and public events.

A sommelier by trade, Peter has the knowledge to choose the wine and the menu to accommodate any budget.

The dinner menu will include prawns and scallops served over baby greens salad, a choice of baked filet of wild coho salmon or beef striploin, with roast potatoes and vegetables. Dessert is a white and dark chocolate mousse made of Callebaut chocolate with berries.

The night promises to be a beautiful evening for a great cause. For more information and tickets, call Diaya or Peter at 604-885-9077.
