The Creek Big Band recently hosted a 90th birthday celebration for Doug Reid complete with a big band performance and a cake-cutting ceremony.
Reid was a founding member of the band, and along with playing his baritone saxophone, he wrote many big band arrangements over the years.
A selection of his tunes was played at the event for family and friends.
