Driftwood Players' new thriller I'll Be Back Before Midnight is in the final stages of rehearsal and set to open Thursday, March 3, at the Heritage Playhouse Theatre in Gibsons.

Directed by David Hurtubise and produced by Pam Feichtner, the play is regarded as one of Canada's most popular and successful plays, which has been performed in every Canadian province and most American states.

Its cast of four experienced local actors, Todd Alain, Melina Cassidy, Elisa Jardine and Ian Banks, combine to give a convincing, sometimes chilling and always suspenseful performance guaranteed to keep audiences on seat-edge to the final curtain.

Midnight runs March 3 to 5, 10 to 12 and 17 to 19, with an additional matinée on Saturday, March 5. Tickets are $12 ($6 for the matinée) and are on sale at the usual and very much-appreciated outlets, Coast Books and Hallmark Cards in Gibsons and Talewind Books in Sechelt.
