The three women, Lynne Dickson, Wendy Hibberdand Patrice Pollack, have been performing together for the past two years. What started as a one time project of three songs has grown into a large and varied repertoire of jazz, swing, blues, Latin, light rock and R&B.

All three Divas are well known performers in the community and have many years of musical experience. Dickson has been sharing music with the Coast for many years through her Music Makers studio and entertaining with her husband Reg.Her combination of exciting vocal range, saucy style and quick wit make her an exceptionally warm and charming entertainer.

Hibberd, an original Coaster from Powell River, has been singing since child-hood, performing with many groups including A Cappella Strait, The Mellow-Tones and Blind Date, as well as singing solo, which truly delights her audience. She brings her sultry smooth jazz styling to the Diva mix.

Pollack sang with After Hours, a much-loved Coast vocal quartet in the l990s.With her great ear for harmony, unique rhythmic sense and bluesy style, she adds a special groove to the repertoire and writes many of the arrangements.

Definitely Divas deliver tight vocal harmonies, upbeat arrangements and a high energy performance. Accompanying them will be Ken Dalgleish on piano, Boyd Norman on bass, John Rule on drums, Reg Dickson on acoustic guitar and Trish Windsor on congas and djembe.
