Community Orchestra welcomes Toscanini

Last seen on Halloween 2008, it is rumoured that Arturo Toscanini (1867-1967) will once again conduct the Coast Symphony Orchestra Association's Halloween Concert. This concert, a week before Halloween, will really get people in the Halloween spirit.

This concert, a week before Halloween, will really get people in the Halloween spirit.

The wild and scary musicians in full Halloween regalia will play Danse macabre, Baba Yaga, Dark Adventure, Sorcerer's Apprentice and other creepy pieces appropriate to the season.

Audience members are invited to wear their Halloween best and be in the running for the many costume prizes. Treatsand refreshments will be available.

Five groups will play in the Great Halloween Concert, so don't miss out on a real treat, at the Sechelt Seniors' Centre on Sunday, Oct. 25, at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $10for adults and $5 for children.
