On March 2, Coast Academy of Dance pre-professional dancers and competitive team graced the stage of the Raven’s Cry Theatre, delivering a beautifully orchestrated performance. Talent was demonstrated through the dancers and choreography created by CAD teachers Elwin Alpuerto, Molly Carpenter, Terra Dannes, Christina Fitchett, Brontë Hansen, Becky Izad, Julie Izad, Shirley Jackson, and Alyssa Rive, and pre-professional students Vanessa Ancheta, Alaya Conway, Jasmyn Evered, Dorothy Harrower, and Aunjelica Wray.

Everyone at the Coast Academy of Dance has worked hard this season in preparation for their winter show, competition season, ISTD exams, and their much-anticipated annual year-end show.

This was evident in this past weekend’s performance, where dancers spilled their hearts out on the stage, allowing the audience to sit back and enjoy the talent presented with beautiful dance, music, costumes, and choreography.

The Coast Academy of Dance would like to thank everyone for their amazing dedication and hard work during these last few months. Many thanks to the faculty, students, parents, and families.

All are invited to the year-end performance of Greatest Hits at Raven’s Cry Theatre, June 8 and 9, 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
