On Saturday, Oct. 1, the Royal Astronomical Society - Sunshine Coast Centre will celebrate Fall Astronomy Day with a visitors table at Sunnycrest Mall in Gibsons.
Come and meet amateur astronomers, check out the displays, the telescopes and learn about astronomy on the Sunshine Coast. Visit the booth from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Weather permitting, safe solar telescopes will be available outside the mall for supervised public viewing.
Educators and astronomy enthusiasts around the world are celebrating Fall Astronomy Day on Oct. 1.
