Members of the Sunshine Coast Rod and Gun Club presented a $1,500 cheque to the Sunshine Coast Salmonid Enhancement Society (SCSES) on April 9.
The presentation was made by Rod and Gun Club director Dan Steiner and members Ron Rembold and Ken Rogers. The three are also members of the SCSES and active in the sport fishing community.
On hand to represent the society were president Pat Moore and Chapman Creek Hatchery manager David Burnett.
This is the second major donation from the Rod and Gun Club to the society this year.
