Canoes assemble for the ceremonial request to come ashore during last Sunday’s Sechelt Paddling Festival at SSC Properties in East Porpoise Bay. Events included a well-attended dog dock-jumping competition, live music, activities for children, demonstrations, exhibits and vendors.
