Kettle Campaign a success

The Salvation Army on the Sunshine Coast hosted a volunteer appreciation brunch on Jan. 23 that was attended by about 100 people.

The 2015 Kettle Campaign raised $67,000 ($7,000 over their goal and $12,000 over their five-year average). In all, 239 kettle volunteers worked a total of 890 hours.

Kettle Campaign coordinator Inge Hardman was delighted with the results.
