Harbour Seniors Initiative activities for this week include carpet bowling on Wednesday, 1 to 3 p.m. Harbourside Friendship meets Thurs-day, featuring Heal and Soul, a visit from the foot care nurse starting at 10:30 a.m. with lunch served at noon. Friday is the day for yoga classes; 55-plus starts at 9 a.m. and chair yoga at 10:30 a.m. Drop-in is $2.
Pender Harbour Music Society’s Coffee House at the School of Music on Friday, Feb. 12 welcomes Sh-Boom with oldies and jazz tunes, plus the Anagram jazz group with Anna Lumiere, Graham Ord and friends.

As part of its goal to strengthen community organizations in the Pender Harbour area, the Pender Harbour Advisory Council is hosting its third annual Community Organizations Forum on Feb. 17, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the School of Music in Madeira Park. As part of the meeting, some of the initiatives of the Pender Harbour Advisory Council, such as the creation of a resource list of granting agencies and the holding of a second Community Organizations Forum will be discussed.
Community organizations attending the meeting will also have an opportunity to express their needs and describe their current initiatives.
