Come join the volunteers as they tackle Redrooffs Road and Connor Park on Wednesday, May 9, and Welcome Woods on Saturday, May 12. Plan for 10 a.m. to 12 noon on both days. On Wednesday, meet at Coopers Green picnic table and on Saturday at the Welcome Woods Store. Bring your loppers and gloves, sunscreen and bug spray. Mary Beth Knechtel of Halfmoon Bay Community Association will map out a plan of attack. Of course, you can bust broom anytime you spot it on your rambles. To find out more, contact Knechtel at [email protected].
