The good people of Sunshine Coast Healthcare Auxiliary, Halfmoon Bay are on a well-deserved summer break and there will be no meeting in August.

Of special interest to businesses operating in Halfmoon Bay, the Halfmoon Bay Information and Referral Centre is hosting a HMB Business Trade Show on Saturday, Sept. 12.

Businesses are invited to promote their goods and services at this inaugural event. Let’s show our community what a diverse and exciting business environment we have! The Halfmoon Bay Com-munity Association third annual Golf Tournament is set for Saturday Sept. 19 at the Pender Harbour Golf Course. The $60 entry gets you nine holes of golf, with a power cart, lunch and prizes. Tournament is limited to the first 36 registrants. Contact Mike Gojevic at: [email protected].
