A call is out for vendors, environmental and community organizations for Earth Day 2016. The date this year is Sunday, April 24 at the Roberts Creek pier, noon to 5 p.m. Booth space is $15 to $35 with environmental and community organizations free. Contact Graham Starsage: [email protected]
There will be a Roberts Creek Community Association general meeting on Wednesday, April 27 at 7 p.m. at the Roberts Creek Hall. The RCCA’s new membership initiative and their strategic plan will be presented at the meeting.

Hot off the press … the Roberts Creek Hall is featured on the front cover of the latest edition of British Columbia History magazine, with an article by John Dykes about the history of the hall. A copy of the magazine will be available in the Roberts Creek Library. Drop around and take a look.
An emergency first aid course will be given by BC First Aid at the Hall from 9 a.m. to 4 a.m. with a one-hour lunch break. Minimum age is 13. The course is suitable for Scouts, leaders, parents and residents. Cost is $75. Pre-registration is required by Friday, April 1. For more information, email [email protected]
