There will also be a New Year’s Eve event at Roberts Creek Legion. Enjoy Three Foot Kick, Railtown Sound System and the Funkdealer. There will be champagne at midnight and a late-night snack. Members $15 and guests with members $30. Time is 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.
The Roberts Creek Scout Group will hold their annual Bottle Drive on Jan. 2 at Caps Off behind the Trail Bay Centre in Sechelt, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For early pick up, call 604-885-2282 or 604-741-7282.
The Roberts Creek Library will begin Sunday openings on Jan. 10 from noon to 2 p.m. Their first book sale of 2016 will be Saturday, Jan. 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The friendly staff at the Library hope to see you at both.
