This Friday, Dec. 11, enjoy Friday dinner at the Legion with live music by Bonar Harris. Harris shares his Latin/Mississippi blues guitar talent from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. After dinner catch Jenichaha, an open mike comedy night.

On Saturday, Dec. 12 at the Legion, join the Jack and G dance party with David J. Taylor, starting at 9 p.m. And it’s Troy’s 50th.

Hey kids! Santa will be coming down Roberts Creek Road around noon on Sunday, Dec. 13. All are welcome to meet him at the Roberts Creek Library where he will be having photos taken with children between noon and 1:30 p.m. and with pets between 1:30 and 2 p.m. There is a $5 charge for photos, but all children can expect a little something from Santa whether they want a photo or not. Please remember to bring a donation for the food bank.

On Dec. 16, the Farm Gate Market welcomes you, and on Dec. 17, drop by for Curry in the Creek. Both events are from 3 to 6 p.m. at the hall.

The Roberts Creek Legion will hold their general meeting on Dec. 16, followed by a Christmas carol sing-along.

There will be no OCPC meeting this month. Meetings will resume on Wednesday, Jan. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Roberts Creek Elementary School.

It is now a reality – the Roberts Creek Scout Group has put up their Christmas tree in the Heart of the Creek, so drop by and take a look. Lots of homemade decorations made by the youth.

A reminder that we will need volunteers and donations for food purchases for the 17th annual Christmas dinner at Roberts Creek Hall, happening on Friday, Dec. 25. For more information or to help out, email Mary at [email protected]
