Every Christmas since the early 1980s, the agents of Royal LePage Sussex have sponsored a reverse draw with prizes they have donated or which have been generously pledged by local businesses. This event benefits the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, a charity founded by Royal LePage in 1998 which has donated close to $50-million to women’s shelters across Canada. Royal LePage covers all administrative and staffing costs for the foundation, ensuring that 100 per cent of every dollar raised goes directly to the cause. All of the money raised in our community for this event stays in the community; thus, we’re proud to present Sunshine Coast Community Services with this $1,000 donation in recognition of the important work they’re doing for women and families on the Sunshine Coast.
