According to BC Ferries the earlier staffing shortage on the Salish Orca has been resolved. The sailings previously at risk for today, Friday, October 13 will sail as scheduled.
The Salish Orca departed 36 minutes behind schedule for the 8:05 am sailing from Westview (Powell River) to Comox (Little River) due to an earlier crewing issue.
BC Ferries said they they doing everything they can to get back on schedule.
