Limited edition prints of Lollipops and Sunshine by Elizabeth A. Evans are being offered as a fundraiser.

Sunshine Coast artist Elizabeth A. Evans launched a fundraising campaign this week for COVID-19 relief by offering an art print of a masked-up child holding a teddy bear for sale. All net proceeds from the sales of the print will be donated to food banks and relief agencies on the Sunshine Coast.

“The world of children has been an important theme to me over my entire art career,” said Evans, the mother of three daughters.

“They are resilient and clever, with a huge capacity to absorb whatever challenges are presented. I wanted to show the effect of the current COVID-19 virus pandemic on kids in a meaningful and poignant way while providing some funding help to those in need at this difficult time.”

Evans, whose work has been printed and distributed worldwide by UNICEF and the Save the Children Fund, is an internationally acclaimed artist whose career spans over 50 years. The print of Lollipops and Sunshine is available on her website at www.eaevansart.com. The 11 x 14 signed and numbered limited edition prints are offered at $25 each.
