Interactive art for all ages

Orion Byrd seems pretty impressed with his artwork, and so is mom Kallie George, at a kids art event at Sunnycrest Mall in Gibsons on Feb. 8. The Love Letters from Nature display, organized by Deer Crossing the Art Farm, had kids spread paint on stumps, then press paper onto the paint to create tree-ring impressions. The art project was held in conjunction with the Chocolat event at the mall.
