Halfmoon Bay: AppleFest is Oct. 20

Halfmoon Bay Chatelech Community School Association will be holding their AGM in the library at Halfmoon Bay Community School, 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 28.

Pickleball runs Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Halfmoon Bay Community School gym. Racquets and balls are provided, all skill levels welcome. Cost is $4 per session. For more information, email Don Cunliffe doncunliffe@gmail.com, or Tim Dayton tim.j.dayton@gmail.com

Next weekend, Halfmoon Bay Community Association AppleFest Committee proudly presents the 11th annual AppleFest at Coopers Green on Oct. 20, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enjoy soups by HMB Cafe, candy apples, kids’ fun, apple crafts, pony rides, children’s activities, music by Pipes and Drums, Coast Strings, Uke’n-do-its and various local artists.
