A man charged with second-degree murder in the Nov. 22 death of a Vancouver woman will have a preliminary hearing with dates in August and November.
Tenzin Choigey faces charges of murder and aggravated assault in connection with the death of 26-year-old Roshnee Gurung and an attack on another person.
Choigey appeared before Vancouver Provincial Court Judge Deanne Gaffar on June 3 to confirm the dates.
