Langdale athletes set personal bests

Langdale track and field athletes Jack and Harris Marshall recently competed in the B.C. JD Provincial Championship Track Meet held in Kelowna. Jack set personal best times in both the 100m and 200m sprints finishing 12th and 10th overall respectively. He then went on to take the gold medal in the 1.5km race walk and his 4x100m relay team took the bronze medal. Harris set a new personal best of the season in hammer throw and took the gold medal. He also finished in the top eight in B.C. in shot put (5th), discus (7th) and javelin (5th).
