They are at it again - a game called "changing traffic patterns." Not a highway this time, but a quiet residential street - O'Shea, which runs from School to Shaw in Gibsons.
Watch out if you are driving along it. Black and yellow obstructions placed on the road have you swerving to right or left. Why?
