Many times I have stopped when the driver ahead of me has stopped to turn left or allow a person to cross the road. Sometimes the person behind me stops also, but lo and behold, the next person does not even slow down and passes on the right side.
This ignorant soul does not even try to see why the other cars have stopped — maybe an accident, maybe a pedestrian or maybe a person laying in the road in distress.
Now with the darker evening and rainy conditions, please smarten up.
