Re: Travel Ambassadors
BC Ferries is a large and complex organization with regulatory obligations to local, provincial and federal agencies. In addition to trying to maintain a tight schedule and be a good host to our visitors, they are responsible for the health and safety of every passenger on board.
The Gibsons Chamber of Commerce is thrilled that BC Ferries is willing to make the time to be a partner in the Travel Ambassador program. The solution they proposed to accommodate our volunteer parking while still meeting their operational requirements was sensible and timely.
