Your correspondent has done little to raise the tone of the debate on the George by referring to those who prefer the town’s growth to be planned rather than be left up to developers as “the anti-George mob.” If he reads the letters pages of any recent Coast Reporter, he will see that he has many civilized neighbours with coherent views on suitable development alternatives for the site.
