As a frequent user of Cliff Gilker Park, I want to thank the people who maintain, improve and repair this pleasant park, which is easily accessible from the highway. These workers are doing an excellent job.
I have noticed lately that the golden carpet of cedar twiglets and various needles has been machine-blown off most of the paths, which has unfortunately restored them to mud and slipperiness, not to mention the loss of pleasure of walking through the woods on a bronzy-golden carpet and keeping the shoes clean. Maybe the blowing could be restricted to the boardwalks only?
