We are currently enjoying a few days in Venice, Italy, and have realized that Venice’s seaside location and history attract tens of thousands of visitors each week.
These visitors all enjoy the character, ambience and history of Venice. These same visitors usually spend a day or more in Venice and spend many, many, euros while visiting here. But, most surprising to us, is the fact that the numerous seaside hotels, apartments, shops and other buildings of Venice are not nearly as tall as the George Hotel and Residences.
Maybe the Venetians know something!
