Yes to preferred boarding

Re: Question of the Week

As two locals, we vote yes to preferred boarding for Sunshine Coast residents. We know how much time before ferry departures we have to be at the terminal, but last year we were left behind nine times! We use the ferries all year long and depend on them for off-Coast medical, dental and legal appointments. We are both seniors on fixed incomes and are both in need of specialists off the Coast. We also have five children and 11 grandchildren in Langley and South Surrey. Residents need more reliable service through preferential boarding on our road extension – BC Ferries.
