Like most Coasters, I’ve just received my annual SCRD utility bill charging me $287 for water I can no longer depend on. I will be refusing to pay this bill until definite action is taken to ensure our water supply. Studies and public consultations don’t count – we’ve already had plenty of those. We will never be unanimous on which of the many options to go with, so please show some leadership – pick one, and GET ON WITH IT.
I invite fellow Coasters to join me. Until the SCRD does its part, it will not get any cooperation from me.
