Congratulations to Andrea and Bruce Kerr for running a very successful Learn to Sail program this past summer. I have spoken to a number of the students and they all agreed it was a blast, well organized and they all felt they learned a lot from the three young instructors: Cam, Cisco and Anna. Well done all of you. It is now time to put the boats away and this is where you parents and kids who benefitted from these courses can help Bruce and Andrea.
It was great watching the dinghies out on the bay on some of those wonderful summer days. I often wondered if some of the boats went over just so that the students could have a swim. I gather many of the classes were sold out. Hopefully this will continue next year. Good luck Gibsons Dinghy Sailing Association.
