Brian, you certainly have a right to your opinion, as I have to mine, but to attack me personally, I believe you have gone too far.
To set the record straight, I never once said I had any experience in running a golf course. When Mayor Henderson offered me a chance to be on the advisory committee, I declined. I declined because, like Coun. Alice Lutes, I had no experience. When you said I had little or no money invested in the golf course, you were correct. The reason I did not invest is that I thought at the time there were too many negatives and thankfully, I made the right decision.
Let time decide if this golf course is a jewel or a dead horse. And Brian, I don't know if this horse is a stallion or a mare.
