An open letter to BC Ferries:
The car parking lot at Langdale terminal has been full twice this year. Coincidently, the Canadian women’s soccer team played on both of those days in Vancouver at 4:30 p.m. in the FIFA World Cup.
If someone at BC Ferries was on the ball they would have opened the upper overflow lot for parking.
I expect someone, in weeks to come, will pick up on the reasons walk-on was so high.
How did this affect BC Ferries customer relations?
More upset patrons?
You make it tough to be proud of our ferry system and/or the people who run it.
I feel sorry for the front-line ferry workers who try so hard to please passengers.
